Sydney-based communications agency, Élysée Collective has grown their team with three new appointments:

• Chelsea Down has joined as Account Director, following prior roles at Black Communications, P.E Nation and Bonel PR. 
• Charlie Lewis has commenced as Junior Account Manager.
• Lily Grills has been welcomed to the agency as Account Executive.

Alongside the recruitment of new team members, Maddy Chance (née Hall) and Natasha Cruz have both been promoted to Senior Account Directors, while Chanel Cutelli and Gemma Medhurst both step up as Senior Account Managers.
