Roche Vandenberghe has stepped into the role of Chief Marketing Officer at Globe Telecom. Based in the Philippines, she focuses on enhancing Globe's brand effectiveness while strengthening its impact and driving growth.

Prior to joining Globe, Roche served as Chief Marketing and Digital Business Officer at FWD Life, where she led the brand's launch in 2014. She also held the role of Marketing Committee Chairperson for the Philippine Life Insurance Association for two terms.
