Michelson Alexander grows team; expands to Queensland

Melbourne-based Michelson Alexander, which provides private, government, and non-profit businesses with support at the nexus of policy, politics, and public affairs, continues its growth with four new additions to its Associate and Content teams, and has begun establishing a presence in Queensland.
  • Aisling Acton has been appointed as a Senior Associate and joins the team with experience in policy development, strategic planning, and campaigning from her previous work with the Victorian Government.
  • Nelson Savanh also joins the team as a Senior Associate, bringing experience from his previous work at Brisbane City Council, the Australian Property Institute, Lime, RACQ, and the Queensland Parliament. Nelson’s knowledge of the transport, infrastructure, and property sectors adds to the firm’s expertise, and he will be Michelson Alexander’s first Brisbane-based team member.
  • Anna Mincham has been appointed as an Associate after most recently working within federal politics, bringing specialist knowledge of complex policy areas, including multicultural affairs, foreign affairs, and climate change. Anna holds a Bachelor of Jurisprudence (International Relations) from Bond University and shares Michelson Alexander’s passion for achieving social impact.
  • Clare Coulter joins the firm’s content team as a Communications Specialist. Clare was previously a Journalist for an independent Brisbane-based paper.
