PRecious Communications has promoted Paolo Alba from Philippine Country Lead and Regional Business Director to Regional Vice President and Philippine Country Lead. Before joining the team in 2022, he served as Vice President for Client Services at Fleishman Hillard and Director for Corporate Branding at Ogilvy.

The team has also elevated Zsarlene Chua to Senior Manager, Client Services and Marketing. Based in the Philippines, she joined the team in 2023 from Stratworks. Prior to her agency roles, she spent more than six years in editorial, working with BusinessWorld.
