RICE Communications joins FINN Partners

Global marketing and communications firm, FINN Partners, has acquired RICE Communications (RICE), a Singapore-based PR consultancy. The acquisition expands FINN’s presence in the Asia Pacific region by bolstering its operations in Singapore, adding offices in Thailand and Myanmar, in addition to building the firm's presence in Hong Kong and reinitiating its presence in the Philippines.
The firm will be known as 'RICE, A FINN Partners Company', with RICE’s Managing Partner, James Brasher, joining as Managing Partner and Lead for the combined Singapore office. In this role, he is tasked to enhance the firm’s reputation in communications and public relations across Asia Pacific, while collaborating with regional leaders in Greater China, India and Malaysia as part of the APAC leadership team.
As part of this transition, Naeema Ismail has stepped into a new regional role in Strategic Business Development & Crisis Communications for Asia Pacific, focusing on expanding business opportunities across key sectors. In addition, she will drive crisis communications advisory across the region and lead the development of structured crisis training services, alongside media and presentation coaching.
