Media and policy advisor, Dolan Hayes has joined Brisbane-based strategic communication, digital and creative agency, Rowland, as their North Queensland Associate. Although based in Townsville, Dolan works extensively in Brisbane and will help expand the agency's reach and strengthen its government engagement capabilities.

Dolan previously served as media and policy advisor in state government portfolios, including Premier & Cabinet, Transport, and Economic Development, and was a former Director of Marketing and Public Relations for the city of Townsville.
