We are looking for an ambitious Associate Executive to join our Media Support Team in Malaysia. As part of the Media Support Team, you will work in a fast-paced environment with the existing team and other functions across the group.

What you will do:

• Support the development and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date information, that adheres to company data policies and methodologies, to ensure customers and industry professionals have a high-quality experience using Telum’s products and services
• Demonstrate company standards in the quality of work, output, and technical requirements across all duties
• Be confident in building, updating, and verifying database pages, demonstrating company accuracy standards on a consistent basis
• Demonstrate professionalism in prioritizing and managing personal tasks and the task dashboard, as well as Team tasks - where training has been delivered - to ensure all are completed on time and to company standard
• Confidently complete work listed within your Schedule and demonstrate accuracy when setting tasks for colleagues
• Accurately publish adverts submitted to Telum’s Jobs Board in a timely fashion and competently use FreshDesk to answer advertiser queries
