A boutique global investment firm is looking to hire a Marketing Specialist in Singapore to provide support to the Global Marketing Director based in Hong Kong.

You will be given full responsibility for day-to-day support in marketing, operations and administrative tasks, such as

• Executing on regional campaigns, events, partnerships, content creation, communications, social media, SEO and SEM, and company collateral
• Managing content updates for the company’s websites on WordPress
• Managing social media pages by posting feeds and images, primarily on LinkedIn and WeChat
• Updating marketing materials and ensuring the suite of marketing collaterals are up to date and develop new materials as needed
• Managing and briefing external vendors to deliver on-brand visual content and graphics
• Maintaining and updating marketing files, documents, and records in the shared drive
• Assisting in collecting timely marketing reports from agencies for internal evaluation
• Conducting research on marketing trends

Key Requirements:

• 3 - 8 years of experience in Marketing, Communications or Administration
• Mandarin language competency as it is necessary to draft and review content for WeChat
• Hands-on, collaborative personality
• Organised, able to multi-task and good project management skills
• Prior experience using WordPress
• Experience working with and managing agencies and vendors across markets

This is a flat and collaborative working environment. The office is located centrally in the CBD with flexible working arrangements.
