We are seeking a talented and driven full-time Writer to join Offshoots Academy, the Learning and Development (L&D) arm of Tuber Productions Pte Ltd. As the primary content creator, you will play a crucial role in developing compelling written materials aimed at promoting Offshoots Academy’s (OA) courses, workshops, and events across various channels and platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content marketing, exceptional storytelling skills, and a keen understanding of social media dynamics.

- Work with marketing and design teams to develop ideas and produce persuasive written content for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and other digital channels to promote OA’s courses, workshops, and events
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to adapt writing style and tone to suit different purposes, audiences and channels
- Work with marketing and design teams to amplify OA’s brand voice and messaging across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and company objectives
- Work with the Head of Digital to implement strategies to increase audience engagement, interaction and participate in calls-to-action through written, visual and video content
- Work with marketing and design teams to ensure timely publication of social media outputs and updating of course materials on collaterals and website
- Provide updates on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities and work with management and teams to adapt content strategy to maintain a competitive edge
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 - 3 years experience in content creation, copywriting, or content marketing, with a focus on social media, blogging, and newsletter development.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a flair for producing engaging copy that drives action and fosters brand loyalty.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and content management systems (e.g. WordPress, Mailchimp).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to measure content performance and inform decision-making.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
