Are you ready to step into a leadership role with one of Australia’s leading PR agencies, working with top Silicon Valley tech companies? If you’re a natural storyteller and have a deep interest in health tech, lifestyle & eComm clients, this could be your dream job!
Having just won several new national (and international) clients, this national public relations agency is now seeking an experienced communications leader who can build on existing client relationships and drive new business acquisition. MELB or SYD location available.
The Opportunity:
Support the Managing Director and assist in developing client growth
Lead the development and execution of the client’s business strategy
Keep on top of local trends to develop client brands
Maintain a positive workplace culture through continuous sharing and development
Gather insights from data analytics and planning
Maintain a strong understanding of the communications spectrum (creative, content, social and digital)
Work with teams across locations (ability to travel interstate is ideal)
Mentor and manage a small team of PR staff
You:
Live in Sydney or Melbourne
3 - 4 + years of experience in a similar PR role (agency-side preferred)
Previous experience managing and leading junior staff members is ideal
Experienced in integrated PR and communications
Well networked within the communications industry
Previous business management and development experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Collaborative and can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
