Job description
Job Scope Includes:
- Work collaboratively with account lead and teams to devise a strategy for media pitching, identify and pitch compelling stories and features.
- Diligently liaise with clients on current projects and events, and ensure our solutions' timely and successful delivery according to client needs and objectives.
- Conduct regular media monitoring on coverage, track, analyze, and compile brand reports, and work closely with clients and internal teams to provide regular updates to ensure KPIs are met.
- Write creative briefs, press releases, and press documents.
- Build relationships with key media contacts and identify opportunities to proactively pitch brand and corporate stories through social media outlets as appropriate.
- Execute social media and PR strategies, including community management and compilation of coverage reports where necessary.
- Organise projects, and internal workflow and keep track of timelines
- Maintain good client and media relationships and attend to their needs
- Demonstrable ability to communicate and present well at all levels of an organization
- Must be able to meet tight deadlines and execute flawlessly on projects in a fast-paced and see a project through to
- completion.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
- Broad experience in PR, general project management, and managing events is a definite plus.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally if required
