Thrive PR & Communications has strengthened its team, with Chloe Jeffers taking the helm of Thrive Melbourne as Business Director, while Ashleigh Bruton and Natalie Liebmann take on the newly created roles of Integration Director and Associate Director, respectively, at Thrive Sydney.

Chloe brings diverse experience across many communications platforms, having worked in agency, in-house and across broadcast, delivering integrated marketing and earned media campaigns, managing partnerships and delivering events. Her experience has been across most major categories, with a deeper focus in FMCG, retail, government and sport.

At Thrive Sydney, Ashleigh will be leading the agency's in-house creative, social and content function in Australia and New Zealand, and will drive 360-degree storytelling alongside the PR teams. She joins the team after four years at Publicis Groupe, leading a team of digital specialists, and prior to that, spent a decade working across the Australian, New Zealand, Asia-Pacific and North American markets. Her portfolio includes digital marketing work for various brands, including Lexus, Tourism Australia, Stellantis, GSK, Woolworths, Qantas, Proximo Spirits and many more.

Specialising in big brand consumer PR, Natalie takes on the responsibilities of Associate Director and 2IC in Sydney after more than seven years at iD Collective, where she was most recently General Manager. Her focus over the last decade has been in FMCG, tourism, liquor, consumer tech, fashion and retail, with companies including Moët Hennessy Australia, Kmart, Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts, Mondelez, LA Gear, Lush, DJI, Lacoste, Procter & Gamble and others.

The new senior appointments further highlight Thrive’s growth plans, with Thrive's CEO, Leilani Abels saying: "Thrive is a dynamic place to work with a people-first culture and high performance mindset. Our clients benefit directly as we attract and retain the best talent. It’s why we have worked with many clients for so long. We welcome Ashleigh, Chloe and Natalie with open arms into the Thrive family. I know they will be making an impact for years to come and are limited by nothing at Thrive."
