This indie, creatively led social & content agency knows the future of content, paid, social and influencer marketing!  

With a strong focus on clients within the entertainment sector, this Senior Account Director role is perfect for an account service talent with in-depth experience in creative campaigns strategy, concept development and social media & social strategy.

The Opportunity: 

• Support and work closely with the leadership team 
• Social Media & Content development
• Develop and implement integrated communications, including earner-first creative & social media, content & digital marketing strategies 
• Be the day-to-day contact for key clients & stakeholders
• Bring to life proactive ideas and new digital strategies
• Brainstorm new ideas with the wider team and deliver new, creative solutions for your clients!
• Ensure all campaigns stay on schedule, and on budget and hit assigned KPI’s
• Working with the leadership team, ensure that all planning, strategy and allocations is tracked accordingly
• Assist in all organic and new business development.

You:

• Live in Melbourne or Sydney and have full working rights
• Previous experience working in an advertising or marketing agency role is required for this role 
• At least 8 - 10 years experience in an agency work environment is preferred 
• Previous experience working with entertainment or lifestyle clients is ideal!
• A relevant tertiary degree in communications, marketing or advertising is desirable
• Excellent knowledge of the Australian digital landscape is required
• Have high attention to detail
• Describe yourself as an exceptional communicator (oral and written)
• Are a confident presenter
• Have excellent time management skills
• Describe yourself as creative, collaborative and supportive of others
