Job Summary: As an Account Manager, you will be the bridge between our clients and our cross-functional internal teams. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring that client projects are executed flawlessly from conception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Work with clients both abroad and in China, in English and Chinese, depending on the situation.
  • Understand clients' business goals and objectives, developing strategic marketing plans aligned with these goals within the Chinese market context.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, digital marketing, and market research, to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of projects, including budgeting and timeline management.
  • Proofread Chinese copy and social media posts to ensure flawless execution
  • Comfortable working with complicated B2B industries.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Required Qualifications:
  • Native Mandarin speaker with business level English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably within a marketing agency environment.
  • Marketing expertise with social media, content creation, and preferably other marketing tactics and strategies
  • Strong understanding of the Chinese market and its unique consumer behavior and regulatory landscape.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with Chinese digital marketing tools, especially WeChat and Baidu
  • Strategic thinking with a knack for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess marketing performance and determine the effectiveness of campaigns.
