Compass Studio appoints their first-ever GM

Independent digital marketing and PR agency, Compass Studio has appointed Diana Carniato as the organisation's first ever General Manager.

She joins from global climate solutions and decarbonisation company, South Pole, where she was Associate Director of Communications, Engagement and Leadership. Prior to that Diana was Project Director for Republic of Everyone, and has also held roles with SKUvantage, Blueprint Studios, and the Country Music Hall Of Fame and Museum in Nashville, Tennessee.

In her new role, Diana will lead the agency’s strategic, operational and financial direction and report directly to the agency Co-founders and Co-directors, Natalie and Luke Dean-Weymark.

Natalie said they were thrilled to welcome Diana to Compass: "Diana not only has the experience and passion in the impact-led space, she also brings a very clear vision for Compass’ future growth, which is extremely exciting to Luke and I."
