Rob Shorthouse has joined Consulum as a Partner, based in Hong Kong. The agency was recently appointed by the Hong Kong Government to handle its US$6m one-year “Relaunch Hong Kong” campaign. Rob joins the London-based consultancy from ESF where he was the Director of Strategy and Communications for more than two years. He’s held senior comms roles with the likes of the Scottish FA, the Glasgow Commonwealth Games Bid Team and The First Minister of Scotland.
