Winston Chen has been appointed as Edelman's Executive Vice President, Head of Public Affairs, based in Beijing. Winston will lead the agency’s public affairs offering and expand its remit in China, focusing on meeting the evolving needs of multinationals operating in the country, while navigating the way forward for Chinese companies looking to expand abroad. Winston has more than 20 years' experience in public affairs including consulting for the State Council of the Chinese Government, serving as the Washington Bureau Chief for Sing Tao Daily, Head of the China office for the Committee of 100 and providing investment and government relations advisory services to multinational companies.
