Cleo Tse has relocated from Hong Kong to Copenhagen in early 2023 and has recently launched her own consultancy, CT Consultancy, in September to provide offerings including business development, marketing and event and project management. The firm currently works with Hong Kong and Danish companies in the fashion and cultural sectors and eyes expansion into the rest of Europe and Greater China in 2024.

In Hong Kong, Cleo spent more than eight years at the Affordable Art Fair, where she oversaw marketing and communications efforts.
