Joyce England has been named Head of IPVMC (Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia) Communications at Visa. Based in Singapore, she is responsible for driving the company’s growth through strategic communications for the cluster. Joyce brings almost two decades of experience in comms and editorial, having worked at Experian, Aviva, JLL and Eyeota.
