Team updates at Poem
Sydney-based independent PR and communications agency, Poem has strengthened their team with two promotions and new hire:
- Alex Jones has been promoted to Senior Account Director. She first joined the agency in January 2022, after more than three years at Thrive PR + Communications. Alex has over a decade of agency experience and has worked on clients in both the Australian and UK markets.
- Florence Ambrose has also been promoted to Senior Account Director. She has been a part of the team for over a year, following a five-year stint at One Green Bean in Sydney. Prior to that, she held roles at Wild Card PR in the UK.
- Erika Dulay has joined as Account Manager. She relocates to Sydney from the UK, where she was most recently Account Manager at Red Consultancy. Prior to starting the agency life, Erika spent time across a range of roles at Garmin UK.
