“But most importantly and most significantly is I think employers will be able to realise that if my employees can actually work remotely, Singapore may not be the restriction or the only fish bowl that I need to fish from, because they can look at talents from Malaysia, Vietnam, Russia, anywhere. Boundaries mean nothing.”
