US-founded agency expands to Australia; Caroline Chau to lead

Independent public relations agency, Jack Taylor is expanding its global footprint to include partners and offices in Australia in 2024. Servicing clients in the wellness, health, and fitness categories, the US-founded agency's expansion follows growth in the broader wellness category.

Jack Taylor's Australian office will be led by Caroline Chau, who relocated from Jack Taylor in New York to her hometown of Melbourne. She brings over a decade of experience in storytelling, leading teams, and building strategic brand narratives for companies including MUD\WTR, Droplette, and in-house at Aesop.

Jon Bier, Founder and CEO of Jack Taylor said: "The decision to extend our scope to Australia is a strategic move aimed at fostering international collaborations and responding to a need and opportunity in the region. Jack Taylor has been supporting clients globally for years, and this is the right moment to formally expand our offering with boots-on-the ground, local expertise, and stewardship. We are bullish on the market, with its diverse and thriving business environment, enviable lifestyle, and appetite for best-in-class brands. It’s a logical evolution for us and our client partners."

Caroline Chau added: "I'm eager to bring Jack Taylor’s unique blend of creativity, expertise, and client-focused approach here.

"I get a kick out of being a thought partner to our clients and delivering meaningful results. How amazing that I get to do this in Australia, a place that punches above its weight when it comes to leading world-class innovation, trends, and culture."
