Adam McIlrick appointed Managing Editor at SBS World News
Adam McIlrick has joined SBS as Managing Editor of the broadcaster’s flagship news programme, SBS World News. He will be leading cross-platform teams and providing editorial and creative direction from SBS’ Sydney headquarters.
Adam recently worked as an Assignment Editor for the International Olympic Committee’s host broadcaster, OBS, where he managed newsgathering teams working on the Tokyo 2020 Games. Until earlier this year, Adam had spent 11 years working at BBC News in several locations, including London, Washington D.C. and Singapore.
