Alt/Shift expands into Queensland with launch of Brisbane office

Communications agency Alt/Shift is opening its third Australian office, with an expansion into Queensland. Cassie Dellit joins the team in their new Brisbane office, along with Kate Healy.

Cassie joins as Senior Account Director, making the move from Red Havas, while Kate joins from The Red Republic as Account Manager. The new appointments bring the national team count to 43 across offices in Sydney, Melbourne and now Brisbane.

The expansion follows significant growth across the Sydney and Melbourne offices in 2021, with the agency welcoming 10 new team members in the past six months, including Brodie Beel, who joined from Decjuba as an Account Director in December, along with a raft of internal promotions, including Tessa Conboy to Senior Account Director and JJ McPherson to Group Account Director.

National Managing Director, Elly Hewitt, said: "Following our toughest year in 2020, was an unexpected and very welcomed recovery in 2021, and I’m thrilled to be opening our Brisbane office. We have delivered campaigns in Queensland since we launched in 2016, and have always had aspirations to open an office in the sunshine state. Brisbane is a truly international city and we can’t wait to further explore the opportunities."

Alt/Shift is also celebrating their appointment by Metricon Homes as national agency partner, following a competitive pitch. The win comes on the back of the agency's appointment by Officeworks earlier this year.
