QC Liang has joined Brunswick as Partner in Beijing with almost three decades of strategic communications experience. He was most recently Vice President of Access Corporate Group, before which he was President and Chief Executive Officer of H+K Strategies in Greater China, where he managed operations across the region and advised clients on financial communications, corporate reputation, crisis management and ESG-related matters.
