Cognito has announced two senior promotions within its Asia team:

• In Singapore, Emma Arora has been promoted to Managing Director in addition to her current position as Head of Singapore. Emma has more than 15 years’ experience in delivering integrated multi-market campaigns and crisis support for corporate, financial services and technology clients across Asia Pacific and Europe. She joined the team in 2020 and supports companies to deliver strategic, integrated campaigns in Singapore and across the Southeast Asia region.
• In Hong Kong, Felice Tobin has been named Director and Head of Hong Kong. Felice specialises in helping companies raise their profiles in the Hong Kong, Greater China and wider APAC markets by leveraging her own experience together with Cognito’s PR and digital marketing strategies.
