Gusto Collective acquires Singapore's Mercury Integrated

Brand tech group, Gusto Collective, has announced its acquisition of Mercury Integrated. With the addition of the Singapore-based luxury-marketing firm and its recently established office in Malaysia, Gusto aims to advance in its growth strategy in APAC. This partnership follows its acquisitions of Hong Kong augmented reality firm, 26Hz, in 2021 and Shanghai-based Reuter Communications in 2020.

Aaron Lau, Gusto Collective's CEO & Founder, commented of this news, "The partnership with Mercury Integrated marks an important step forward for Gusto Collective, giving the company a truly pan-Asian presence while also doubling down on our commitment to the luxury sector, which has been at the forefront of technology adoption."
