National integrated communications agency, Neue Media has launched its retail consumer arm, as the agency looks to expand into sectors that complement its existing property and design clientele.

Specialising in the property development, hotels and destinational venues, Neue Media regularly collaborates with furniture and design retailers, home renovation brands and experience providers, and saw this as an organic growth strategy offering. The agency's social media, digital, PR, media and events specialists will now deliver multi-channel communications strategies and campaigns for clients in the home and lifestyle industries.

The expansion has been on the cards for the agency since it was founded in 2017, with Neue Media Directors, Cara Cunningham and Vanessa Lai explaining that many of the larger lifestyle brands are still working under a traditional multi-agency consultancy mix.

"Our combined paid / owned / earned / shared model is still the only of its kind in the property marketing industry, and there are still many consumer brands who have not found an agency that can offer this seamless integration of services under one communications strategy. This presents an enormous opportunity for Neue Media to provide a proven holistic solution to a new sector of possible clients."

In addition to this, Neue Media has also announced a raft of new client wins:

• The agency has been engaged by retailer, e&s to manage social media, content creation and partnerships, following a competitive tender process.
• Moonee Valley Racing Club (MVRC) has appointed the agency to manage external communications relating to the redevelopment of Moonee Valley Race Course, and manage the club's PR, media relations, corporate and stakeholder communications, social media, content creation, influencer engagement and partnerships.
• The agency has also added Resimax Group, Latitude 37, Mazzei and Sentinel to their client portfolio.
