The Public Relations Institute of New Zealand (PRINZ) has announced that Fiona Cassidy APR FPRINZ LPRINZ will be the 2024 Chief Examiner for the Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) program.

An international presenter on strategic communications, intercultural communications and trends, Fiona is also a part-time lecturer at international and national tertiary organisations. She has been involved with the PRINZ APR program for over 15 years, and also assists the ASEAN PR Network Accreditation program.

PRINZ Chair Heather Claycomb said: "We are incredibly fortunate to have Fiona leading the APR program for PRINZ this year. Her longevity and seniority in the NZ industry, coupled with her leadership positions in the global PR industry combine to give participants the opportunity to learn from her expertise and knowledge in the field. Every year, the APR program grows from strength to strength and Fiona’s appointment to this role means 2024 is bound to be one of our best years yet."
