Robyn Sefiani appointed to ExCo of Clarity Global; Nick Owens promoted to President Corporate & Crisis Communications

Digital marketing and communication agency, Clarity Global has announced the formation of a new executive committee (ExCo) to support Rachel Gilley, who became CEO earlier this year. The new ExCo comprises Robyn Sefiani, President ANZ & Reputation Counsel; Tom Telford, President Digital Marketing; Nick Lansman, President Corporate Affairs; Will Julian-Vicary, Head of Technology; Caroline Iroegbu, General Counsel; and Kristen Ingraham, President North America.

Commenting on her appointment to ExCo, Robyn Sefiani said: "I'm thrilled to be one of seven members of Clarity Global’s newly formed executive leadership team guiding the strategic direction, diversification, growth and purpose of this exciting agency. We have huge untapped potential by unlocking the full capability of the agencies acquired by Clarity over the past two years, integrating those agencies fully within the global group, sharing expertise and knowledge across teams and geographies, and cross-selling digital and strategic communication services. With the founding leaders of the acquired agencies now working together as one on Clarity’s ExCo, under the leadership of our new CEO Rachel Gilley, we’re entering an exciting new chapter of growth for Clarity Global."

Rachel also announced several promotions within Clarity Global, including Tom Telford to Chief Digital Officer, Will Julian-Vicary to Chief Technology Officer, Liam McLaughlin to Senior Partner UK Comms, and Sydney-based Nick Owens to President Corporate & Crisis Communications.

On Nick Owen's new role, CEO Rachel Gilley said: "Nick, as a Sefiani leader of long standing, will deploy the deep crisis, issues and reputation expertise for which Sefiani is renowned, across the Clarity group."

Besides the promotions, Kristen Ingraham has been brought in as the agency's President North America following a comprehensive search. Based in New York, Kristen brings more than two decades' experience in B2B and B2C communications, integrated marketing, and C-suite advisory with agencies in North America. The new role will see her spearhead Clarity Global’s growth in North America from its current base of offices in New York and California.

The new appointments and promotions follow a string of recent client wins, which include Human AI telepathy company MindPortal, online graphic design app Canva, Natural Language Processing company AI21labs, health and wellbeing employee benefits platform Vivup; and program extensions for Germany-based global FMCG group Henkel, Australia-based and ASX-listed global personal protective equipment manufacturer Ansell, and Sweden-based Volvo Group.
