Australian trading platform, Selfwealth has announced a number of new appointments to bolster its executive leadership team.

Samantha Powell has been appointed as Head of Marketing and Communication. She brings over two decades' experience in strategic marketing across the wealth management and banking sectors, which include developing and executing positioning strategies for firms such as Vanguard, NAB, BT Financial Group and Macquarie.

The new appointments also comprise Janelle McQueen-Paice as Chief Experience Officer and Cameron McDonald as Chief Technology Officer.

Janelle joins Selfwealth with 25 years' experience in wealth management, banking, superannuation and insurance, and will lead Selfwealth's Customer experience strategy, while Cameron brings more than 30 years global experience in financial services across wealth, lending, and insurance, including prior appointments at State Street, HSBC, Challenger and Genworth.
