Seven West Media to acquire Prime Media Group
Prime Media Group has entered into a Share Sale Agreement that will see Seven West Media acquire its business and assets for AU$131.88 million. The acquisition is subject to a number of conditions, including a vote from Prime Media Group shareholders in December, and approval from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
If all conditions are met, the sale is anticipated to close in late 2021 and Prime Media Group will no longer operate.
