Ruder Finn (RF) Thunder has opened a new office in Singapore as part of its expanded operations in Southeast Asia. Phoebe Shen has been appointed as Deputy General Manager to oversee operations, focusing on integrated comms strategies and helping Chinese brands expand overseas, particularly in the fashion / beauty, F&B, travel retail and e-commerce industries. With over a decade in integrated marketing, Phoebe was a Sector Leader at Edelman and Ogilvy's Group Account Director, based in Shanghai. 

Ruder Finn’s Asia-Pacific CEO, Elan Shou, whom Phoebe will report to, comments: “With her extensive experience in integrated communications, she will be a great addition to the team and play a crucial role in driving consumer engagement and our clients’ success in Southeast Asia.”
