Susan Redden Makatoa has announced her departure from Edelman, where she was Executive Vice President, Head of Corporate, APAC. Revealing the news on her LinkedIn, Susan said she was one of those impacted in a global restructure at the agency. Susan had been with Edelman for three and a half years, and has previous agency leadership roles with Ogilvy and Senate SHJ.

In her LinkedIn post, Susan said: "I‘m so very grateful to have worked with so many smart and wonderful people and I will miss the bants and the learning, every day. I’m also incredibly thankful to the clients I’ve worked with - some of the most complex and challenging projects of my career.

"As Ted Lasso would say - Onward. Forward."

Also leaving the firm is Singapore-based Adrian Warr, a ten-year veteran of Edelman and Vice Chair, Practices & Sectors, APAC. Adrian has worked in communications industry for over 20 years, working for companies including Portland, freud Communications and Hill + Knowlton.
