The Hoffman Agency has appointed Kijung Kelly Kwon as General Manager of its South Korea office. A former television and newspaper journalist, Kwon has more than 20 years' experience in media, marketing and communications. She has held senior roles at a number of agencies including Medicom where she initiated a social media data intelligence service and in her latest role at Allison & Partners, she led the new model development of communications data services.
